child safety

“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him.” Psalm 127:3

why do we want to be ministry-safe?

At Eastside we value every person as somebody created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and believe that adults and children alike should be treated and cared for in a way that reflects the value God has created each person with. For this reason, we are committed to providing a safe environment for every child attending one of our Eastside ministries. We believe that child safety is not simply a legal requirement but a reflection of the Gospel.

child safety report forms

Please be aware that these forms are legally binding documents. Incident Report Forms are for more general concerns that do not need immediate action. Child Protection Reports are for serious concerns of a child’s immediate safety. When filling out these forms please be as specific and provide as much detail about the situation/concern as you can, this will help us in discerning the best course of action.
