what is eastside kids all about?
Kids’ church at Eastside is an intentional ministry of the church, focused on teaching children from 18 months to grade 6 the love God has shown us through His Son Jesus. Kids Church is held during morning church service time.
The children gather for a time of singing and prayer together and then separate into age specific groups to engage in studies and activities that are designed to develop a strong Gospel foundation. These lessons are intended to lead children into a meaningful relationship with Jesus, and provide a solid foundation for a lifetime of faith.
what is playtime?
Eastside Playtime is a great opportunity for children aged 0 – 5 years and their parent/carer to join with others in a fun and relaxed environment. It is a time for the children to play, share and learn whilst making new friends. Activities include: painting, playdough, craft, outdoor play, singing and storytime.

what is kids club?
At Eastside Kids Club we value each child and seek to provide a safe, fun and welcoming place for them to develop friendships and discover how much God loves them. Each night they’ll share in a meal, engage in organised activities and games that promote teamwork and healthy friendships, and discover the Bible in engaging and age-appropriate ways. We’d love you to come along and join in the fun! If you are intending on having your child attend, please RSVP to the church office for catering purposes.

Why do we want to be childsafe?
At Eastside we value every person as somebody created in the image of God, and believe that adults and children alike should be treated and cared for in a way that reflects the value God has created each person with. For this reason, we are committed to providing a safe environment for every child that attends one of our ministries at Eastside. We believe that child safety is not simply a legal requirement, but a reflection of the Gospel.
