Acts 4:34 says, “There was not a needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold.” At Eastside we want to generously serve and care for those in need, so if you require assistance from our Mercy Fund or Meal Train please use these forms and someone will get in touch with you. You can also fill these forms out on somebody else’s behalf.

The Lord has graciously provided us with facilities to be used for His glory and to advance His kingdom within our local area. Although our facilities are not generally open to the public, we make our facilities available to our members and attendees, as well as like-minded organisations, in a spirit of charity and as a means of demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Use the forms below to apply to utilise our buildings or grounds. We have three forms, two for specific use (funerals and weddings) and a general form for everything else.
