important information for physical gatherings

We are delighted that you are planning to attend a service at Eastside. Eastside has implemented standards and practices in line with public health directions so below is what you need to know before attending.

You must register for the service you want to attend. If you plan to come with your family, the whole family can be included in a single registration. Once you’ve registered, you will receive a ticket via email which you’ll need to check-in on the Sunday. You can either print the ticket or bring it on your phone.
If you have experienced any of the following signs of illness, you must not attend:
  • Tested positive for or been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • Persistent cough, difficulty breathing, or shortness of breath
  • Fever greater than 38 degrees celsius in the last 48 hours
  • New loss of taste or smell

You can register for our upcoming service by clicking below:

As you arrive you will see a registration gazebo in the carpark. Please have your printed or electronic ticket available.
Seating will be available in the upstairs and downstairs auditoriums, and there will be ushers to help you find a seat.
In the upstairs auditorium, find a seat that has been marked with a white ‘X’ to sit on. Those who are members of the same household can sit together around the marked seat.
In the downstairs auditorium, seats will be spread out across the auditorium. You can join several seats together if you are coming as a family. The ushers will help you with this.

At the end of the service, everyone will be asked to exit the auditoriums promptly so that our cleaning teams can clean down the building.
Under the new QLD Health Guidelines, mingling after the service is allowed but 1.5m social distancing must be observed at all times.
