We are delighted that you are planning to attend a service at Eastside. Eastside has implemented standards and practices in line with public health directions so below is what you need to know before attending.
before…
You must register for the service you want to attend. If you plan to come with your family, the whole family can be included in a single registration. So that we can have a greater capacity in our auditorium, we are doing ticketed allocated seating. Once you’ve registered, you will receive a ticket via email which you’ll need to check-in on Sunday. You can either print the ticket or bring it on your phone.
If you have experienced any of the following signs of illness, you must not attend:
- Tested positive for or been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 7 days
- Persistent cough, difficulty breathing, or shortness of breath
- Fever greater than 38 degrees celsius in the last 48 hours
- New loss of taste or smell
You can register for an upcoming service below:
arriving…
As you arrive you will see a gazebo – the Connect Tent – in the carpark. Please have your printed or electronic ticket available.
At the Connect Tent, ensure you scan in for the Check-In QLD App, and the greeters there will check you in can can remind you of your seat letter + number if necessary.
Head upstairs to the auditorium, where there will be ushers to direct you to your ticketed allocated seating.

We encourage you to hang around after the service to mingle, grab a coffee, and say hello to someone new, while observing the 1.5m social distancing rule.
