Eastside Kids runs during Sunday morning church services at 8am and 10am
what is eastside kids all about?
Kids’ church at Eastside is an intentional ministry of the church, focused on teaching children from 18 months to grade 6 the love God has shown us through His Son Jesus. Kids Church is held during morning church service time.
We start our church services with all the children present. They are as much a part of the church as any adult. About 1/3 of the way through the service, the kids go out with their teachers to their special program. The children gather for a time of singing and prayer together and then separate into age-specific groups to engage in studies and activities that are designed to develop a strong Gospel foundation. These lessons are intended to lead children into a meaningful relationship with Jesus and provide a solid foundation for a lifetime of faith.
Eastside Youth runs every Friday night during a school term

Why do we want to be ministry safe?
At Eastside we value every person as somebody created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and believe that adults and children alike should be treated and cared for in a way that reflects the value God has created each person with. For this reason, we are committed to providing a safe environment for every child attending one of our Eastside ministries. We believe that child safety is not simply a legal requirement but a reflection of the Gospel.
