why do I need to register my child?
If you have a child/children that attends Eastside Youth or Eastside Kids, it is required that you fill out the application form for each child before they attend. This information is necessary for us to appropriately care for and communicate with you and your child/ren. Your help and cooperation with this is really appreciated!
